• Should your order be cancelled, we are not obligated to fulfill and/or ship your order. 
• After cancellation has taken place, we will return all monies exchanged back to the original payment method used at/during checkout; unless whomever has ordered such goods/products and/or services owes us funds for anything else.

16. DENIAL OF INVOICE PAYMENT:

• If you have received any Howe Well consultation/service, including but not limited to, a discovery call, a homeopathic consultation (for acute and/or chronic conditions), a follow-up appointment/visit, a private session, a hormone balancing consultation, a nutritional medicine (dietary) video link, etc., and have then requested remedies and/or supplements (ex. basic treatment guidelines) to be ordered on your behalf to later be sent to you via Canada Post, Full Script (or any other applicable currier), you will then receive a social media message, cell phone call/text, email notification, and/or a Howe Well ‘Payment Invoice’ and/or ‘Payment Notification’ sent to you from or more platforms, which must be paid in full before any good(s) and/or product(s) can or will be shipped to you.
• If/when a ‘Payment Invoice’ has been sent to you from either Stacy Howe and/or any Howe Well staff member, it will most likely be sent via the ‘Square’ payment method, which is fully encrypted, and is to be paid in a timely manner. If however, a ‘Payment Notification’ has been sent to you through social media messaging, text messaging, etc., that will come solely from us on those platforms, and is still to be paid in full within a timely manner (normally 24-72 hours); unless the timing duration has otherwise been agreed upon by both parties). 
• You can also pay by electronic money e-transfer and/or by credit card; however, please be aware that paying with any accepted credit card will come with an additional processing and/or administration fee.

17. INDEMNIFICATION:
