As many of our products are handcrafted fresh to order, please expect your order in roughly one week. 

  • In some instances however, our shipments may take longer due order volumes, inventory availability, backorders, and/or weather conditions. 
  • Please keep in mind we are a small passion-driven business that demands superior quality of every item we sell. 

At this time, we use Canada Post and Full Script to ship our goods and products. 

  • If for any reason our courier(s) cannot deliver our packages (due to a strike, etc.), another reliable courier service will be chosen to get your package out on time. 

 

We do not ship internationally. 

  • At the present time, we only sell our handcrafted skin & body care products within Canada. However, our homeopathic consultation services and/or remedies are available for english-speaking residents within the USA and Canada.

All of our shipments are packed using vegetable starch packing peanuts…

  • Because we are committed to doing everything we can to help the environment. 
  • These particular packing peanuts are 100% biodegradable, and can be easily melted down with warm water. 
  • Additionally, all of our handcrafted products are package in eco-friendly glass.

Due to the intimate nature and raw content of our handcrafted and/or homeopathic products…

  • Howe Well is unable to accept returns. We do apologize for any inconvenience.

  • As Stacy Howe and/or Howe Well (HoweWell.com) is not responsible for any adverse reactions or negative side effects associated with our goods or products use. Use at your own risk. Our products may have come into contact with nuts, bee’s products, dried flowers, herbs, oils, and several other potential allergens.

  • We (Howe Well and/or Stacy Howe), do not offer refunds for any of our remedies, supplements, handcrafted products and/or services purchased or received at any time. Therefore, please read each full product and/or service description thoroughly, and be aware of what may be required of you prior to purchase. Homeopathy is now covered by most private insurance providers, and is considered an essential service in Canada. 

 

Kindly give 24 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling any service consultation and/or follow-up appointment / visit.

  • Failure to do so will result in your credit card being charged the full appointment fee. By paying for any service, you are agreeing to this Cancellation Policy. You will receive an email confirming your appointment once you have booked. All information provided to us by our website users, customers, clients or patients is strictly confidential.

Additionally…

  • Any information, intellectual property, video links, documents and/or anything else provided to our website users, customers, clients or patients is also strictly confidential. If/when remedies and/or supplements are ordered on behalf of our website users, customers, clients or patients (either by request or to uphold any consultation service agreement), those named individuals are responsible for the full fees, including any applicable taxes, and/or any necessary shipment costs. Such individuals will be sent a Payment Invoice and/or a Payment Notification to be paid within 24-72 hours of issue; unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties. Payment invoices will be delivered from ‘Square’ (a secured payment method), while our payment notifications are delivered via email, or private / direct messaging (FB or IG), and can be paid via e-transfer. For credit card processing, an additional administration fee will be applied.
