We start by learning all about you…
- The initial homeopathic consultation with homeopathic practitioner Stacy Howe is roughly 4.5 hours.
- This allows sufficient time for a full homeopathic assessment, which takes into account not only your current illness and symptoms, but also constitutional type, including any past illnesses, mental and emotional patterns, responses to your environment, etc.
- Stacy will also go in-depth into your diet per your blood type, with her Dietary Reference Guide. The dietary component of this Initial Homeopathic Consultation is holistic, and will take up the first 2.5 hours of the consultation. All service documents are provided to each patient upon booking, and are well organized through Practice Better.
When your initial consultation concludes…
- Stacy will begin building your individualized treatment plan, which includes the recommended treatment duration you would require for a full and lasting recovery (between 3 to 18 months), as determined by the severity of your present symptoms, pre-existing health conditions, and proper case management.

- We recommend having a free 15-20 minute Discovery Call with a senior Howe Well staff member prior to booking this consultation.

My journey
I started with Stacy because I was frustrated….
I was having chronic pain in my neck and shoulders
I was having facial pain in my cheeks and eyes and taking 6 Advil cold and sinus a day
I’d have to take 2 every morning
2 in the afternoon
And 2 before bed this was my daily routine it’s the only thing that took the pain away in my face
For my neck and back I was taking Tylenol all the time and it wasn’t even working
Long story short I went and met with Stacy
She told me exactly what I needed to do and that was change my diet and take vitamins and START taking care of myself

Taking control
After surgery, chemo & radiation I started to feel like I had lost control of my body & health. Unfortunately things got progressively worse & I then developed thyroid issues. Never felt better in my life!
Seriously! I am in my 40s and I feel like I am 18 again. In 2007 I broke my back skydiving. I refused to let it take my life away from me so I would just pump in the drugs the doctors gave me. Patches, perks, and whatever. Still working and all but by 2013 I was sick of them and decided to go off and figure out how to cope without them, but it wasn’t working. Then in 2017 something drastically changed and I couldn’t barely walk. I was working on/off for the next 9 months. I did find a diet that basically consisted of just fruits and vegetables which helped take the weight off. Then I knew I was on the right track. Feeling my absolute best!!!
I started seeing Stacy after I had to have tumours removed from my bladder. I had 3 procedures over an 18 month period. Now, I never was completely trusting of modern “health” care and was getting ZERO advice from them on what may cause this or how we can work to prevent it coming back. Stacey has helped me in so many numerous ways. She has helped me with my confidence, loving myself, helping me see who the negatives in my life were and what to do about it.
