Before I found homeopathy…

• I was seeing doctors for three different body systems, and those doctors didn’t discuss my case amongst one another, nor did they see how all of my symptoms were related.
• I just didn’t understand how this made any sense? 
• I was suffering from extreme gastrointestinal pain, deep cystic acne, along with severe hormonal imbalance, and literally became afraid to eat. 
• I was so sick of being sick, and was desperate for a real solution.  

• I decided to take my health into my own hands. 
• I began learning all I could about about holistic nutrition, natural medicine, and even began learning how to make my own skincare. Sounds a bit unbelievable, but that’s exactly what I did. 

After all of my research…

• What I discovered was that the root cause of all chronic illnesses starts in the gut. 
• Not one of my doctors ever discussed with me, and it was the direct cause of many of my symptoms. 
• To make matters worse, I also learned that I was bombarding my skin (our largest organ) with numerous chemical products each day, that my body simply didn’t recognize, making my cystic acne worse!

So I decided… 

• To drastically change my diet, utilize medicine from the earth, and slowly began using my very own Howe Well skincare line (which is how my business started). 
• I couldn’t believe how much better I looked and felt.

Looking back as painful as it was…

• I now realize just how important it was for me to go through everything I did so that I could understand other women’s struggles, and actually be able to relate.
• My personal experiences also pushed me to leave my career in nursing, while continuing to develop and sell my natural skincare line, and eventually go back to school to become a homeopathic practitioner.
