Commonly inflamed skin conditions are direct reflection of our gut health or dysfunction
When I had cystic acne, it would’ve been really nice if somebody had told me that commonly inflamed skin conditions are a direct reflection of gut health or gut dysfunction.
After realizing this, I then understood how imperative it was to change my diet to heal my gut lining, and restore a healthy microbiome (friendly gut bacteria level), in order to actually be able to heal my skin.
Dysbiosis, otherwise known as an imbalance of friendly gut bacteria, can result in an inflamed gut lining, which can lead to conditions such as IBS and leaky gut (both of which I had).

This causes toxicity and pathogens to leak in the bloodstream, which then results in skin conditions such as acne, rosacea, eczema and psoriasis.
Here at 𝗛𝗼𝘄𝗲 𝗪𝗲𝗹𝗹, we recommend starting your skin healing journey by detoxing your body with food-grade diatomaceous earth, while also making sure you’re getting enough natural fibre from fruits and vegetables — applicable for your exact blood type.
We also strongly recommend drinking enough mineral-rich filtered water on the regular, syncing your hormones with the moon cycle (getting enough lubricating essential fatty acids is key), and also limiting environmental toxicity by using natural skin & body care — which will help to restore balance in your gut, and begin to heal your skin naturally from the inside out.
