ALL DAY, your nervous system checks out your environment for signs of danger! Your reactions are based on how regulated your nervous system is.

  • You get stuck in traffic

Realize that a little of this and a little of that adds up when it comes to hormone disrupters – and the negative impact it’s having on our generation of women is insane!

Cosmetics, candles, and personal care products are loaded with ENDOCRINE DISRUPTORS (natural or human-made chemicals that may mimic, block, or interfere with the body’s hormones), and women use an average of 160 of these chemicals a day!!!

What else disrupts hormones?

➡Fake meats with GMO soy and inflammatory seed oils.

➡Baking ourselves in chemical sunscreen.

➡Fad diets which often run hand in hand with “calorie free” chemical foods and highly processed seed oils.

➡We skip breakfast and reach for coffee loaded with artificial flavours, mold, and excess refined sugar… and then continue the caffeine consumption all day.

➡ Tampons and personal care products are made with GMO cotton, coated in pesticides, plastics and then inserted in our most sensitive areas.

The list goes on…

We are just starting to realize how the cumulative effects of these things are impacting our hormones.
