Genestra (90 Softgel Capsules)

Organic Flax Oil is one of the greatest plant sources of ALA (alpha-linolenic acid) an omega-3 fatty acid, and LA (linolenic acid) an omega-6 fatty acid.

  • ALA and LA support energy production, proper hormone balance, skin and cardiovascular health.

These essential fatty acids also provide the necessary structural components we require for our cell membranes.

I had a hormone consult with Stacy awhile back, and she recommended these for me. The way she told me to take them, has really helped to balance my hormones. I also take the evening primrose oil she offers. Its all based upon the moon cycle, I think she said it is called seed cycling or something. Either way, I feel great, so I’ll continue to take them.
