How long does it take for orders to ship? 

As many of our products are handcrafted fresh to order, please expect your order in 1-2 weeks time; sometimes far sooner depending on order volume, inventory availability and weather conditions. Please keep in mind we are a passion-driven company that demands superior quality of all our products before they leave our store. 

What courier service does Howewell.ca use to ship their products? 

At this time, we use Canada Post to ship our goods. If for any reason Canada Post can not deliver our packages (due to a strike, etc.), another reliable courier service will be chosen in order to ship our packages out on time. 
 

Do you ship internationally? 

We do not ship internationally. At this time, we are only selling within Canada.

Do you have sample sizes of your handcrafted products? 

Sample sizes are currently not available at this time.
 

Why do you use packing peanuts?  

All of our shipments are packed using vegetable starch packing peanuts because we are committed to doing everything we can to help the environment. These particular peanuts are 100% biodegradable and can easily be melted under warm running water in your sink.

What is your Returns Policy? 

Due to the intimate nature and raw content of our handcrafted products, Howe Well is unable to accept returns. We do apologize for any inconvenience. Please be aware of our products ingredients prior to ordering, as our products may have come into contact with nuts, bee's products, dried flowers, oils, or several other potential allergens. Please be advised that Howe Well is not responsible for any adverse reactions associated with our products use.
