I have chosen the Lambton County (Sarnia and surrounding area) free local 'pick-up' option, is there anything I need to know?

If you have chosen the Lambton County free local pick-up option, your order will be available for you at least seven full business days after the initial order date; excluding any major holidays. You will receive further correspondence after your confirmation email letting you know your order is ready for pick-up at- 526 Birchbank Avenue, Corunna, ON N0N 1G0. You must come with a copy of your receipt. If you have booked in for any Howe Well service, you will receive two separate emails with detailed instructions.

I have chosen the Essex County (Kingsville and surrounding area) free local 'pick-up' option, is there anything I need to know?

If you have chosen the Essex County free local pick-up option, customers can pick-up their products at Howe Fit Kingsville once monthly. If you have chosen this option, you will receive email or facebook messenger correspondence regarding the actual dates Stacy will be at Howe Fit - 106 Wigle Avenue Unit #5, Kingsville, Ontario N9Y 2J8 each month. Clients are free to come into Howe Fit Kingsville anytime between the hours of 10am-5pm to pick up their products; the dates each month are to be announced. You must come with a printed copy of your receipt.

Please Note: Essex County residents are required to book in for Foot Detoxification through the MindBody App available through Howe Fit Kingsville; please do not book these services through Howewell.ca. Additionally, all wellness consultation services offered by Stacy are available at Howe Fit Kingsville (through the MindBody App), and only with a prior appointment. If any Essex County resident books a service with Stacy on this website for anything required 'in-person', that client will be required to come to Corunna, Ontario to meet for their appointment; ie) for Foot Detoxification and/or Herbal & Nutritional Medicine (Dietary) Consult, and/or Wellness Consultation. 

What products or services does Howe Well offer? 

We offer a distinct array of all-natural beauty, health & wellness related products for the modern lifestyle. We handcraft several of our very own organic artisan creations, as well as provide the very best in smudging supplies, inspirational clothing, health e-books, consultation services, organic vitamin and mineral remedies, detoxification treatments, along with several homeopathic & wellness related remedies available on planet earth. We love nature, and believe in its many gifts!

Are your handcrafted products vegan? 

All of our products are plant-based with the exception of our Honey Sugar Scrub, and Belly Jelly (Preventative) Stretch Mark Balm. However, we are sure to use the very best quality raw honey and beeswax from a reputable farmer, and we care very much for the welfare of all animals.

Are your handcrafted products gluten-free? 

Most of our products are gluten-free with the exception of our Renew Serum and Belly Jelly Anti-Stretch Mark Balm. Please be advised of all product ingredients however, as Howe Well is continually developing new products, and is not responsible for any adverse reactions associated with our products use. 

Are your handcrafted products all-natural? 

All of our products are free from any chemicals, preservatives, parabens, phthalates, GMOs and artificial fragrances and colours. We use the highest quality organic ingredients for the wellness of our customers. When organic ingredients are simply unavailable, we choose only raw ingredients from countries with sustainable, and ethical farming practices.

Are your handcrafted products made in Canada? 

All of our products are handcrafted fresh to order in Southwestern Ontario.

Are your handcrafted products safe for pregnancy? 

Our products are free from any chemicals, preservatives, parabens, phthalates, and artificial fragrances and colours. Pregnant women should always consult with a doctor before use if they have any concerns. 

How should I store your handcrafted products? 

For maximum shelf life, we recommend that you store our products in a cool, dry place with the lid on. However, our Rose H20 Toner and Ancient Herbal Clay Detox Mask must be stored in the fridge. Please ensure that our products remain free of any sources of contamination.

What is the shelf life of your handcrafted products? 

Each product is different. When you order from Howe Well, we attach detailed storage and use instructions to ensure you get the maximum benefit out of our products. Some of our products are self-sustaining at room temperature, while others have a 1 year to 6 month shelf-life. Please note that the expected shelf life of each product is located on the bottom side of each glass jar.
